Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe food is ok, but customer service is lacking.Poor delivery experience. The restaurant forgot part of the order and the delivery person and person handling phone calls were unprofessional/rude.
I called to make sure they got my order because they never called to take my card info. This was 30 minutes after the order. They couldn't find my order even though I had a receipt with an order number and asked me to call them back in an hour. I told them to cancel the order. 15 minutes later they called back and said they have my order and they need payment. I told them I cancelled it and already ordered elsewhere. They promptly hung up on me. Never giving them business again!
I ordered happy family and chicken broccoli and for the amount they charge for both I was very disappointed. Barely any sauce or sea food. The rice was small. everything was like almost 40 dollars and it should be more fulfilling but it wasn’t! At allllllllllll.
I had the strangest experience at this place. I ordered over the phone and had to go back twice for them to correct my order which wasn’t even a huge deal since they fixed it right away. What really bothered me was getting a phone call from the lady that took my order telling me that my food was wrong and that I needed to bring it back. She kept arguing with me that I had been given chicken lo mein and that she needed it back even though I literally had a mouthful of beef lo mein. I told her I’d take a photo of my food and post it online to prove it, and suddenly she changed her mind and said she made a mistake. I have never gotten a phone call from a restaurant informing me that my food was wrong, much less demanding that I bring it back. The food was really good but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll eat there again. Why be so adamant that I bring it back? Even if it was wrong, It’s not like they could have given it to the right person to eat after it had already left the restaurant. Unless that’s what they were planning on doing. Gross.
This used to be a great establishment. My family has ordered from here many many years. At least 10 years. Recently (at least three times) I noticed when we ordered the general Tsos chicken, it was pretty dry and almost no extra sauce. The steamed rice that comes as a side is now not even enough to fill the box. When I complained they said there are new owners so that is why the general Tsos is no longer saucy and the rice is not packed like it once was. I felt ripped off. They said the price of food has risen and I get that. But as a paying customer I should also get my money’s worth. I am saddened to say I will no longer be a customer after so many years. NOTE TO THE NEW OWNER YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS!!! Lots of people like myself were use to the old owner and the love care and quality they put into every order they filled. Do better or you aren’t going to make it much longer ripping off loyal customers.
