My wife has been trying to get me too eat here for weeks and today I did ????; gave it my best shot; soo good ????!!

Came here last Friday to see my mom perform. The place has a beautiful patio which is perfect for a great weather like we had Friday. When we got there the waiter was nowhere to be seen and the hostess was the one to take our drink order, she also tookour food order because the waiter was nowhere to be found and he was only helping one table. Eventually he came but always tookhis time with the things we asked. So of the food was a hit and others a miss unfortunately. Some food does require more flavorlike the fish. They definitely need better service as well.

Let me start by saying that an excellent observation made is that no one in the restaurant while my visit had food on their table instead only beers and other drinks. The experience started well with a good array of chips and decent salsas. I wasexcited for the food since they were off to a good start. However I soon realized why no one had food on the table. I orderedtheir agauchile and trust me when I say that the dish was not prepared right. The name says it all ?aguachile? meaning I?mexpecting some sort of spice level. The dish was poorly seasoned and not at all what I expected. The breaded shrimp and fish hadsuch a thick breading that the moment I hit into the fish my teeth sinked into the breading. The fish itself was so thin itlooked my stuffing instead of a fillet. Their shrimp coctel was way too sweet. I felt like I was eating ketchup with a bunch ofveggies only included 4 shrimp (I counted lol) . Overall they had a chance for a second star since the chip sauce was decent butupon having my drink glass almost empty I went the rest of my food with an empty glass during a slow Friday night. Mediocreservice at best. I?m heading back to my usual spot for this type of unique cuisine.
