Subway - Houston

I visited the restaurant to have a meal, but when I wanted to wash my hands before placing my order, I was denied access to the restroom without any explanation. When I tried to ask why, I was ignored. This experience was really disappointing for Subway. Food rating: 1/5.

I was dismissed for trying to use the restroom to clean my teeth as I have braces and food gets stuck. Dude said restaurant was closed even though it was 6:45 (closes at 7) Said it closed when he decided it they did me a favor for letting me eat there. Hispanic guy with tattoos on his arm. Based off the other reviews, Def stay away from this place

The new manager is a special snowflake who parks taking up 2 spots. Kind selfish. The staff is nice.

I have always had a great experience in almost all my visits to subway, today was so terrible! The manager in this location was so unnecessarily rude, asked him a question and he replied “Can’t you read?”. Asked him why he was talking to me like this and he dismissed me, made disparaging remark in front of other customers. I told him that I’m a nurse, I deal with strangers all day, if I’m having an issue, I still keep it professional, I don’t talk to them disrespectfully and dismiss them. Very unprofessional. Made me lose my appetite, horrible experience.
