Whataburger - Houston

As someone who is new to the area, I had never heard of Whataburger before. I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the burger was! I will definitely be returning. Food rating: 5/5.

The food at this restaurant is better than average, but it's not worth the terrible customer service and the negative attitudes of the staff. They seem to get stressed, irritated, and resentful when you make basic requests for your order, like asking for it plain and dry or just sautéed onions. The employees often act as if you’re doing them a favor by being there. I would never return or recommend this place to my clients. The experience simply isn't worth the hassle for food that is only slightly above average.

The staff is incredible—unfortunately, in a negative way. There seems to be a complete lack of motivation. I waited in line at the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes, and there was a long line of cars behind me honking. It's unbelievable that when the girl finally comes to the window after 20 minutes, she asks what I ordered. At this point, I just want a refund.

Can't beat fresh at Whataburger. Love the Bacon BleuCheese burger. Get it while you can.

I found Whataburger in the Tunnel. It lived up to the companies standards. The team was nice. It was clean. I had a Jalapeño burger combo with Sweet Tea. It all tasted great.
