Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe Woolies Cafe is my go to place for a weekend brunch/ coffee/ cake when I don't feel like driving beyond Hout Bay. I visit most weekends but have never thought to leave a review. The waitresses and waiter (there's only male waiter) are very pleasant and helpful. The quality of food and coffee is consistently good with fresh ingredients. They are also open to swopping items to accommodate your request. My favourite breakfast is the corn fritter and avo salsa breakfast. I normally swop the bacon for scrambled eggs and add a portion of smokey beans. The cafe is in the Woolworths store so you don't get a cafe vibe if that's what you're looking for. Depending on where you sit you also have a view of the mountains. Perfect for a breakfast where you can catch up on the newspapers and super convenient if you need to do some Woolies shopping. Reasonable prices and pleasant! Recommended.
I wish I can find a similar quality-price brunching place like this where I live. Fresh pressed juice with a touch of ginger equivalent to €1.5 , a sandwich of multi seed bread with chicken mustard mayo and avocado. Wonderful!
Bongani is an excellent and efficient waiter who always remembers my order. The staff in general are very nice and I often enjoy a breakfast here. A welcoming atmosphere. Very convenient.
Great place to shop, with the excellent quality Woolworths is well known for. We always love to sit for awhile in their restaurant, excellent coffee. Added bonus having the mountains to gaze at.
I love Allegria owners are always friendly, food is great and decor divine. Whether you are popping in to have a quick coffee or staying for a lavish breakfast whether you are in business mode or have your kids service comes with a smile. They also have the most delicious Italian and local foodie products. If you haven't been there you need to try it.
