Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was here with my wife and two kids the other night. The staff was friendly. However, my food never arrived. My wife and kids got their food, but the grill stopped working before mine was finished. They could not get the grill working again so I wasn’t able to order anything else either. Pretty frustrating but I understand these things happen. My issue is that we were not compensated for the problem. There was no offer to take some extra money off the bill for having to leave hungry after being there for over an hour. I was honestly pretty shocked by that. I felt like I shouldn’t have to complain and/or ask for that compensation so I didn’t. I paid my bill and left. I had a couple bites of my wife’s food and it was okay. Not sure we’ll go back.
This is a must go when I come back to Westerville. The food is always consistently amazing! They have the best frozen margs around. Our service is always top notice! I am embarrassed to say I don’t know how to correctly spell her name but Iday (so sorry) is the most amazing woman!!
Great food . Warm chips and salsa to start. Food is always consistent.
Hmmm…well on a positive note…there’s a Chipotle in the same shopping center.Food is “okay”.Fajitas are more 85/15 veg to meat.Over 40 min to receive order.
Great service good food (wish there was MORE chicken in the grand burro)...stiff Margaritas!UPDATE: has gone way down hill HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE…from the front desk on their phone not paying attention to laughing at me when I asked to speak to a manager to going in the back and crying so the “manager” and waiter come up to try and intimidate me…WE SAT THERE FOR Over 10 minutes with out a server acknowledging us and this is the 3rd time…ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE…go to a different Mexican restaurant they’re a dime a dozen in central Ohio.
