Avaliação da contribuiçãoI recently picked up a drive-thru order at 4:49 PM on February 10, 2017. My order totaled over $20 and included two McDoubles, which I specifically requested without mustard. However, when I got home about 15-20 minutes later, those items were missing. My husband took the receipt and went back to the McDonald's to get the missing burgers. He returned around 5:25 PM, and the crew member handed him the two McDoubles, which had apparently been sitting there since my initial order. Unfortunately, they were cold, but my husband decided not to raise any further issues and just came home. We enjoy McDonald's and visit occasionally, but this experience has left a negative impression, especially since it has happened to us more than once. We understand that mistakes can happen, but to not replace an order with fresh burgers after nearly half an hour is just unacceptable. Seriously?
The food was burnt and the eggs were discolored. This is surprising for this location.

I have ordered a quarter pounder without cheese twice, as there isn’t a regular quarter pounder option available. Unfortunately, both times they added cheese to my sandwich. Be careful when placing your order; they rarely seem to pay attention to the specifics.
Overall, this McDonald’s was quite impressive. It has a fresh and modern appearance, and the cleanliness is relatively good. The restaurant features self-service kiosks that can take some time to get used to, but they allow for a great deal of customization for your entire meal. While it’s not confusing, it does take longer than simply placing a standard order. All in all, it was a positive experience.
