Hardee's - Huntington

I accidentally spilled my coffee, and when I went to ask for help, the woman at the counter seemed overwhelmed with work. The staff member by the window was also occupied, and when I tried to get her attention, she completely ignored me. I ended up waiting until my grandson brought me three napkins. After that, I decided to take my food back to my car. They did eventually call someone to clean up the spill, but it should have been addressed before it became a problem. I won’t be returning.

I had a double burger, and it tasted just like a delicious buttery cheeseburger...absolutely fantastic!

Update 7-30-2022: I stopped by for breakfast and noticed a large selection of food on display in the window. When I asked about its freshness, I was assured that it was fresh. However, as the photo indicates, that wasn't the case. I ordered two Frisco Sandwiches and an Ultimate Biscuit. The sandwiches were passable but not fresh, and the biscuit was completely inedible. I chose not to voice my concerns since they had assured me of its freshness, and I didn't want to cause a confrontation. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly, and both the bathrooms and dining area were clean. It's unfortunate to see prices increasing while the quality is declining.

If you're considering applying for a job here, I would advise against it. The general manager, Kathy, is possibly the worst boss you could encounter. She's rude, unkind, and generally unpleasant. Her demeanor is far from friendly, and the only time she shows any kindness is when you step in to cover a shift for someone who has called out, which happens frequently. Additionally, many of the staff members are recovering addicts or have criminal records. I've even noticed one employee arriving to work under the influence. Proceed with caution if you're thinking about working or dining here.

This restaurant has very inconsistent hours. According to Google, they are supposed to be open until 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends, but that's not the case. They usually close around 2 or 3 PM every day. Today, on October 16, 2022, I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:03 AM, and after waiting for about a minute, a guy came on the speaker and said, "Uhhh, we're closed right now." I was so frustrated that I let out an "OHH F*CKKK" as I drove away. They could definitely increase their profits if they stayed open longer!
