Café Coffee Day - Hyderabad

New improved menu with new things to eat. Can't complain about the food but bathrooms were horrible and the place was sick with mosquitoes. Floor wasn't quite clean but the staff was very courteous and friendly.

My friend and I came here for a light snack and coffee. We had a veg wrap, devil's own, and an inverted cappuccino. I preferred a wrap without a cheese layer. Just for fun I ordered it with extra cheese. It was fun. The sour taste was a bit different though. The place is very comfy and cozy. Though it is in the middle of the city, it was peaceful and silent inside. Soothing recorded music and CCD TV was also getting played in the background. It was a very pleasant experience for me and my friend. My friend loves devil's own from CCD. He enjoyed it. Though we didn't check the washroom, it was tidy from outside. Felt like maintained well.

Always felt that coffee day was just fine when they have a big discount otherwise I wouldn't go there. For the actual prices the food is definitely a no. Had ordered couch potato sub, spinach and corn sub , mousse shots and garlic bread. Just the spinach and corn was decent . The couch potato had pickled onions which actually ruined the taste. The garlic bread had loads of raw garlic. I wish they actually have bits that take lesser time to cook. Again a no for me.

I have visited this place more than ten times in the last few years, with a hope of having a better experience , but its been disappointing as always. Firstly the services at the billing and packing section are not satisfactory and todays visit was the worst. Despite of having a repair work going on with loud noises, the store still didnt bother to intimate the customers as they enter through some mode of display. Its like you pay a few hundreds to have a coffee (which goes cold as you are insisted to make the payment soon after being served and that too ends up with some machine issue amidst all the noise and chaos ... will never go and will neither recommend...

I can say that the standards have fallen like crazzy. Single coffee took lil over 30mins when there only 5 customers in total in the cafe. I actually finished the coffee asap and RAN out as the place was full of mosquitoes... I asked the staff to do something about the mosquitoes they said they will take care and did nothing. I might never go back again to this place. I feel sorry for the brand name.
