Ordered an hour ahead so we could skip the line. They didn't start making it until we asked for it. Avoid this location.

They didn't have my order ready when I got there. Wanted to grab chicken wings for work and couldn't wait. It was supposed to be ready when I got there, but it wasn't.

A wretched little place. They are always way too busy and don't serve the customer well.They have the kiosks, but don't even use them. It's horribly frustrating for those who want to order online, swing in quickly to a bad spot and grab a pizza.Trying to order online or thru the app is worthless for this location. It's one of the worse experiences of any online shopping we've experienced.

I have been to this location 3-4 times between their 4pm-8pm hot n ready hours. Not once have they had hot n ready available. Every time has been a 15-20 min wait. I have limited time for dinner break so I am forced to leave with no pizza every time. Just once I'd like a hot n ready to be hot n ready.
