Little Caesars Pizza - Idaho Falls

Had zero pizzas ready and it was a 20 minute wait for a simple 5 dollar pizza. Decided to go elsewhere. Kids in the back were listening to loud explicit music while drinking, they were not working at all.

Got 2 of the mostest pepperoni pizzas! Excellent job!

They work hard and make good pizza, but don't try to get in. 40 minutes waiting and they forget to make our order. they prioritize online ordering so that they get their pizza with the app or do not want to go.

This is the worst I have ever been treated at little Caesar’s. It has been my most favorite pizza place to eat for ever but not any more. First of all the customer service was terrible. The guy looked like he didn’t want to even help me or have anything to do with my order. Also, the music was playing so loud that I couldn’t even hear a word he said. Second, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait and it was more like 25 minutes. Third, when we opened our pizzas we were appalled. These were the most messy, trash pizzas I’ve ever had. On one of my pizzas the pepperonis were only on like 3 pieces and the pizza was very unevenly cut. Not to mention the topping to crust ratio was very bad. There was a very thin layer of topping and basically the whole pizza was only bread.After waiting all that time for this pizza, I was livid when I saw the look of them. Overall I expected way better service and I will not be going there again.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with stuff crust. This looks like half pepperoni and half ran over by a truck! Called to get it fixed and she gave me a number to call. Sat on hold for 20 mins and gave up. Absolutely will not be doing business with this place again. Food sucks! And customer service sucks! I recommend going elsewhere!
