2 Carpenter's Grill - Idaho Springs

Wow! We heard about this place from our kids who went and loved it. After a lovely hike up to St. Mary’s glacier, we stopped by for an early lunch. The place is low frills, but the bbq and sides were AWESOME! Very friendly staff, nice beers on tap and the place was hopping by the time we left. Highly recommend!!

Yummy Barbq. I had the brisket sandwich and potato salad. I really liked the bold Barbq sauce. I would have given it a 5 stars but the brisket was cold. . I am from KY and love a good barbq brisket. My kids ate the fried pickles.Great staff also.
