Pacific Eiland - Ieper

Yesterday we visited the Island, too. The restaurant is located in a lush green setting in the heart of the countryside in Ypres. It was a beautiful sunny evening, and we enjoyed drinks on one of the rowing boats that are available for rent there. You don't always have to travel far to have a wonderful experience... On the outdoor terrace, we savored the delicious asparagus with mousseline and salmon - it was incredibly flavorful! As the night grew cooler, they promptly turned on the electric heaters so we could continue to enjoy the outdoors. The service was excellent and friendly. The sommelier even suggested a perfect wine pairing for the asparagus. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience in a picturesque setting. It felt like a mini-vacation, right on our doorstep.

Beautiful isolated domain, ideal to go out to dinner with the whole family and yet quite unforgivable. Not exactly cheap, but definitely a rapist.

Yesterday we went to the island too much. The restaurant is located in a green environment in the middle of the vests in the air light. It was a sunny night, and we drank on one of the rowing boats you can rent there, you shouldn't always go far to live a wonderful moment. Then we ate on the terrace the asparagus with mousseline and salmon smoke. Super-lic! When it started to get a little fresher, they're cold, they hung up the electrical fires so we can stay outside. The service was top and kind. Also the sommelier gave a modified wine in the asparagus. For us, this is a real hitter. It's always nice when you eat good food in a nice frame. Exactly vacation, but not far from the door.
