When I raised a concern about my food order from yesterday, I felt that her response was disrespectful and excessively loud. I understand that I may have made a mistake, but as a customer, I expect to be treated with politeness and respect. While she did use "ma'am" at the end of her sentence, it didn't come across as sincere. I suggest that your staff work on communicating in a more courteous and calm manner. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely poor service. This isn't the first or second time my order has been taken incorrectly, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The staff seemed confused and were unable to capture my order accurately. Furthermore, if 5 out of the 10 items on the menu are unavailable, it would be better to label those items clearly or consider closing down. I ordered nuggets and rice, but received nuggets and fries instead. Overall, I am really dissatisfied.

Received no tomatoes at first. Than waited to receive Rotten GREEN tomatoes on my burger. They said sorry

Last time I visited here the Mc Flurry with Oreo is such a disappointment. It tastes like it was from a yesterday batch of ice cream kept in a freezer. The texture of halo-halo is smoother.
