Racks - Incheon

The service was quick. I ordered beef ribs and got it in 15 minutes. Faster than most. And the meat was cooked very well. Nothing to complain about. I was supposed to avail the club card but their systems crashed due to Christmas traffic, which is understandable. Other than that, I will return to Racks.

The services satisfactory and the foods is outstanding to top it all the Best of everything keep it up..thank you lhen for the wonderful service for us.

We really enjoyed our lunch meeting with my team. The food is great and also the service. Lester, the dining staff was very attentive to our needs and went extra mile. His enthusiasm will remind me of Racks southmall. We will come for sure!

We ordered the Baby Ribs and Fish and Chips. We always order them, they’re my kids favorite. They were delicious as usual. The iced tea is great. The Strawberry Mocktail was a bit off for my liking, though my daughter liked it. And the clam chowder is another staple and favorite. Our server was great in explaining the food choices as well as the available side dishes.

A very good place to eat, and to celebrate special events like birthday, the staffs are friendly specially miss Ghian The food is satisfying and well served The ambiance is relaxing although the place is quite small. All in all i have a memorable experience here at racks sm southmall branch to celebrate my daughter's 3rd birthday they sang happy birthday song for her and give her a cheese cake and ice cream
