Wendy's - Independence

“Here” is how I was handed over my order that I had to repeat three times bc, she couldn’t hear about the background of a coworker who complained about a customer.

Customers do not trust this restaurant to deliver the correct drink when ordered, so they opt to go to the neighboring establishment to get their drink instead. Not only do they get exactly what they want, but it is also more affordable.

They have never got my order wrong from date, which is very unusual. mistakes happen so I don't really complain, but if they don't try to fix them, how can they grow. so away, wendy’s going to make my life easier.

I would like to hear from anyone who has tried the Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken salad at this restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the time, the salad is not up to par. The lettuce often contains white core pieces and is not fresh. The portion of blue cheese and cranberries is minimal and not as it should be. Despite complaining, the supervisor only replaces the salad a limited number of times and is not willing to make things right. The high price of the salad does not justify the poor quality. It is disappointing how the restaurant has changed for the worse over the years. This is unfair to customers.

I saw a worker popping a pimple in either a mirror or reflection of a window here today and then watched him go handle food without washing his hands. I will never return here after this. That has to be the most disgusting thing ever especially in a fast food restaurant.
