I must give this wonderful business more than 2 thumbs up!! My daughter is the most picky eater. We were on the peasant market, and she said she wanted chicken. I'm like that has bones in it (she hates bones in the chicken). She has 3 pieces in her plate. Brian made them try some mustard sauce (they hate mustard). She ate all three pieces before we came home. With the mustard sauce! We live 2 miles away! I couldn't be happier to find something that would eat my picky daughter. The flesh literally falls from the bone. It is delicate and tasteful. I can't say enough good things!! Thank you, Brian! We'll be back. Much.

Best ribs and brisket I had in a very long time. The Mac and cheese and beans are also amazing! Can't go wrong with smokers joy! Five stars don't do justice.
