Good job interacting with dasher for best mutual customer experience Lost a star for 15 minute wait picking up DoorDash order that I was already late to pickup. Place was a disaster. It looks like they stopped bothering to issue uniforms to store employees since they don't stay more than a few days. Deserves less than 4 stars for today's experience but I am operating on a single star subtraction formula...

I asked for a cup of water in the drive though today. My child was thirsty. They quoted me the price for a soda. I asked for water? , They answered: yes . I got my child a drink and a friendly smile at the next drive through further south. And I willnot be back, especially when I 'm buying big family dinners. Poor management KFC. ????

Fast, efficient, hot crispy chicken. They were out of regular recipe when I was there, but it's common for any KFC to be out of some chicken or another, at least in my experience.

We had to reorder several food items because they weren't making them at the moment, or it would take to long to be ready. Then we were not given all of our food we ordered. Finally, the food we did get did not taste good. Burnt tenders, rubbery dryfries and cold chicken.

I haven't had KFC and few years and that was take out that somebody brought me and before that somebody bought me some for Christmas years ago we lived on the south side but I have not been in this location since I have to say late 90s to the early2000s was shocked when I walked in it looked really good cuz last time I'd seen it and the staff was really really superfriendly very helpful fast great service food was cooked great I highly recommend it for people who have not been in a whilereally great group of people in there I would have given more than five stars if I could have
