Taco Bell - Indianapolis

The service at this restaurant is usually quick and satisfactory. However, today when I went through the drive-thru, I received no response. I then went to the door and found two workers standing in the lobby around 7:30, stating that they were closed. When I asked them when they would be open, they said 10. The store's hours online show that they should be open at 7.

I had a quick service experience at this restaurant. The lady at the drive-thru was polite, but I was not asked about my sauce preferences and there were no sauces in the bag, which was my only complaint. I ordered three hard-shell tacos, which were hot and fresh. Overall, it was a good fast food experience with good quality and freshness. Since the pandemic, I believe fast food quality has declined, but I understand the challenges they face with inventory and supply chain disruptions. It is important for them to prioritize freshness over stale ingredients. This is just my opinion.

I had a brief wait for my order to be prepared after ordering through the app, but it was fresh and delicious. The employees did a great job.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at this restaurant. I ordered three chalupas, which should not be served without lettuce! Unfortunately, they only had lettuce and tomato on them. When I went back to the counter, my 17-year-old son returned with two chalupas that only had lettuce and tomato. After going back inside, he was given a chalupa without lettuce and tomato. It seems like they make the orders however they want. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again. The service was very unprofessional.
