Pizza Hut - Inver Grove Heights

We put an order for a big pizza and some cinnamon rolls for 11:15, and they have them ready! The staff is so nice, the gentleman who worked on the front (small brown hair) was so friendly patient with my children's play. This is also such a clean and organized location! And they also offer Curbside pick-up, with pull-up spots right in front!

Delivery was appropriate for the time of day 5:30 Thursday. Asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. Otherwise the pizza was wonderful. Over cooked cheese sticks (which others have said) with very little cheese. Not cut. The Cinnabon was smokey and undercooked. Everything was hot used to love pizza hat. Had some bad experiences with different hats. Hopefully I find one who has the same flavors and care it had earlier. That was my first experience with this. Not terrible, but not the best I had. But will try again

I just got a pizza from this place. I have lived here in West Saint Paul for over 3 years and I have ordered several times from this store, but not exclusively, as I have also used Dominos and others. The pizza I've just eaten is the best I've eaten in a very significant time, so much better than last time I eat from Domino. It is only a general quality level through carr and know-how; the dough is boiled to a perfect level of tackiness, without being dry, the contents of sauce and cheese are properly balanced. Someone who took care of what she did, made this food and I did not get the feeling of Dominos in Q for a long time, so I will probably just order from pizza hat exclusively now, although it is more expensive. It's better.

Overall, the food is pretty good. The pizza has more dough than other pizza chains, but it is fluffy and buttery and good. The chicken is good, but very small and affordable. The book It program is great and keeps us back as the kids love to get their free personal pizza.

I gave the 5 stars mostly on behalf of their driver. The customer service industry has been extremely disappointing lately. It was a nice change to have a driver with a great attitude even though I was short on cash for the tip.
