Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was thrilled when the store opened literally a mile from my house but quickly the espresso would taste very weak so I started going to a different store. I decided to try this close one again and twice my coffee was bland and weak, I asked them to fix it the first time they did no questions. Ask the second time I was told if I don’t like how it taste I should consider buying another shot next time, even though this has been my daily drink for the past five years, I know what I like and I know the flavor I like. The fact that I can go to another store and have it taste how I want but for some reason this stores machines don’t seem to pour the espresso shots correctly, my drink not consistently tasting the same at all stores is not a me problem it a Starbucks problems. As the price of my coffee goes up it seems customer service is going down. I will not be giving the store another chance no matter how close it is to my house thankfully there are 1 million Starbucks to choose from.
I had a really bad day today but your staff made me smile. Thank you JJ and Gabriel for asking how I was doing. I needed to vent about my 9yr old refusing to go to school. It’s so tough being a single parent. Thank you for your amazing service and kindness. Thank you for telling me I’m a good mom. Starbucks please give these two kids a raise! They’re lovely people! ?
Jay Jay did great, she was very efficient and had great customer service even when she was by herself behind the counter! Drink was delicious too!
Usual Starbucks experience. Store is clean, staff friendly, and service fairly quick. The drive through often has a very long line so ordering ahead is recommended. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating but parking is limited. Good store to visit if in the area and in need of a fix.
Coffee can be a little strong. And prices have always been too high. But the wife likes it.
