Sunrise Cafe - Ipswich

Its an OK breakfast, just about fills the gap, good price but not large portions.Sausage came uncooked in the middle so I asked the cook to cook it a little more.

I have been using the cafe here for years. treat yourself to a great breakfast. staff are very nice.

Been here a few times to see if it gets better but doesn't had scampi first time like bullets second time had garlic chicken so overcooked and dry they need someone who can cook English food and we'll won't go again

Couldn 't get to our usual haunts , so tried the Sunrise . Didn 't expect much but was pleasantly surprised . Food pretty good , service exceptional , price was fair . Other than slightly overcooked hash browns and weak coffee this would of been very good . I understand that you pay for good coffee but I think with their excellent service and friendly demeanor they could get away with charging extra for a premium coffee. If you 're hungry, in Ipswich and want a good breakfast try these guys 8/10 , definitely worth a visit

You have to love this unpretentious cafe. Huge menu of what I call traditional cafe food, all tasty and great value. Portions are good and the desserts and milk shakes are awesome too. Dont be fooled by where it is or outside looks, its such a friendly place and way better than some of local pub fayre. You wont regret a visit, its old school but personally thats part of its quality.
