The food is good, it is very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I leave a picture of these delicious snails

The prices are too high and the portions aren't really big especially for the fish plate for 2 person. The quality has to be higher for the prices. Its silly that we had to pay for bread that we didn't even order and water that had been applied for free and thats not the end we had to pay 1 euro taxes for each person...thats new for us but ok maybe thats the way it is in Greece... In the end waitress asked for a tip without hesitation.. thats not acceptable at all... besides all of this,we had to wait very long for the bill..Ther are many more pleasant places in Heraklion..i don't recommend this restaurant...

Probably the wors restaurant I ever met. I ordered 2 dishes of lamb chops, the first one has arrived after one hour and looked like it was cooked severl hours before. Fries were simply awful. Then, after 20 more minutes my mother 's dish has arrived. Same stuff. But the worst thing werethe staff, unkind and unhelpful with no reason. I would never recomend this place to no one. The only italian thing was the name. What a shame.

That was one of our favorite places in the city. the food was tasteful, but it was the personal that kept us back. they also have a tw for the sport fans.

Pricey, but excellent eating and great, attentive service. I ordered the vegan dishes of fava and precious stoneistas, they were amazing!
