The worst experience every the customer service skill set is a ZERO they are very rude don’t know how to speak to customers was yelled at over the intercom and food was cold and disgusting i wouldn't recommend and the manager seem to not care when i brought these matter to him

Sat in drive thur for about 5 min b4 order was took also 2 employees were out back drinking a beer and both were smoking weed and there was also about 5 cars behind us got order and it was completely wrong nothing what was order went inside and got rite food lady in front said sorry about that but horrible service.. cust service ain't what it use to be smh

I got the popcorn chicken, and it was more fried flour than chicken. The more I ate the grosser I felt about eating them. The best thing to get are the tenders or the regular chicken. (Sorry KFC)

Food is great. Staff was very polite. Too much salt in the potatoes and Mac&cheese.
