El Pollo Loco - Irvine

Noticeably overpriced compared to other branches in the area (and elsewhere). Quality is on par or slightly below that of other locations as well. Customer service is excellent though.

The hired there should be fired and never get a job. they let me wait for another 30 minutes when I already placed a pickup online 30 minutes in advance. they didn't give me any utensils, I guess they want me to eat with hands. they didn't give me a soak. I also have the pages I didn't order. totally ridiculous.

That is the best running and cleanest el pollo loco we have ever done. the manager worked hard to support his employees by müll (washing the hands every time), brushing the toilets, directing his employees and leading the front register. amazing personal and restaurant.

In excellent condition! the personal is fast, the place is in an untouched condition, and the opposite is one of the best. they all work that go into such a place to a pleasant experience. thanks, el polo loco!

So I went up and they just closed the area. I run around the drive thru . they have completely understood that I was in a saddle tag, all the workers were very nice. apologized for me to go thru I will be back .. also this place has very good eating so a pleasant experience
