Fuddruckers - Isleta Pueblo

I like their fries and hamburgers, good meat, soft. I enjoy eating fries with all the cheese I can add. I do not go very often, but every time I go, I enjoy the food.

CHECK YOUR ORDER. Spent over $65 for 3 meals to go. Got home and they left the bacon off one burger, and didn't get another right at all. I was offered nothing for my trouble. Got home to a damp bun and damp fries. I won't be going here again soon. CHECK YOUR ORDER.

I 've had great experiences in the past but today they completely messed up my kids burger and my own. They closed the boxes before we saw the food and having had many previous good experiences we didn 't check until we got home. Had it just been one missing thing we would have let it slide, but one of the burgers was supposed to be a specialty and it WAS NOT. When we drove back they just slapped missing things on top of the burgers, no offer of extra anything or apologies that we had been given burgers they hadn 't finished. It was just SO frustrating!! Where is the good customer service we are used to??

A burgee joint, but great options and choices. We only go to Coronado location, its friendlier and seems to have better cooks.Dietary restrictions: Can switch ingredients and get easy substitutions.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible restroim unlike most here in albuquerque.

Service was good,the people were really polite and helpful,the cooks worked fast and cooked the burgers great but the only part that I didn't like was the buns were soggy and it leaked down my hand which I wasn't happy with,I had to put a paper towel around my burger just to eat and I was afraid to set my burger down in fear that it would fall apart. Went to use the bathroom, and it wasn't clean, so choose to just wash my hands and go back to my table. I can say that most of everything was clean, but with it being as slow as it was,it could have been cleaner. I did like my food but could have enjoyed it if the buns weren't soggy
