Taco Palenke Mexican - Jackson

Best tasting Mexican food in Jackson/Ridgeland area! I wanted to leave a review as we often eat here, but today I tried her molcajete and it really left me a lasting impression! we had guests from the city with us and they all really enjoyed their dishes. the taste of the whole flesh is the second to nothing and the value of their dishes are impressive, as we all always leave with rest. from today I can confirm that they have their alcohol license so that they can order margaritas now, not only beer margs were good. their salsa and chips also hit any other Mexican place. this is more of an authentic experience than what some might be comfortable with, but if they are really a mexican food, they will not be disappointed. the place would be considered grungly, but for me and my family, eating is more than for this aspekt.

We had a great experience! we have for 2 years, but .. covid. Yes, we tried to call and they had not answered in the past. we also thought that they had unusual hours in the past. but today was our day! we ordered the steak mocajetes (omg, that was huge, 4 could share it) the steak quesadilla (2 could eat it,) and the enchilada verde. not a koks. Mexican koks in a bottle. the restaurant was almost abandoned when we arrived there on Sunday at midday. it is very dark inside, billard tables back. I'm guessing karaoke and dancing floor. the hispanic pop music was pleasant to hear. eating was not sharp, but was tasteful. I think they'll complain.

Good street taco! atmosphere could be a little better, but the street tacos are good!

Good food and service. Bit of a language barrier though. Also music isn't good imo.
