They keep half of your food. Tell you to pull up to the rail and still give you cold food. Especially at night. They have billed my card several times for the same meal. Been trying to get information almost a week. Do not use credit ? card here!! Spoke with GENERAL MANAGER and still nothing!!! The owners need to honestly start over with a whole new crew. Not enough communication/Young crew and management/Slow drive thru/ Messed up card machine in changing times =Loss of $Parking: Lots of parking.
Took 30 minutes for our meal. Bathroom was disgusting. Garbage was over flowing from cans in the restaurant. Tables were dirty and so were the floors. Staff was unfriendly. We will not be going back.
Sandwich combo was delicious and a great deal.Chicken fingers, on the other hand, are WAY overpriced, especially since mine were tossed in the wrong sauce.
Before the pandemic, service was perfectly fine. Now it's quite inconsistent. Sometimes employees are friendly, but often they give the minimal attention to their customers. The wait times are absolutely absurd now and it's not uncommon to be in line in drive-through for half an hour. I encourage them to work on their customer service skills and their speed. I realize times are tough but you're just driving customers crazy. I've seen people leave the line because the wait just got to be insane.
