I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant this autumn. The staff took care of my order, accommodating all my special requests perfectly. I really appreciate the excellent service, especially during such a special occasion like a baptism. This employee definitely deserves a promotion! The quality of service was outstanding. Parker was also great. Keep selecting such fantastic team members!
This restaurant offers an incredible dining experience with a super friendly family atmosphere. I was truly impressed with the service. A deaf woman entered, and the cashier made great efforts to communicate with her. When verbal communication didn’t work, she grabbed a piece of paper to ensure the woman could clearly express her order. Overall, it was a remarkable experience!
Update Still awful... A room full of people and people going in break. Moving in slow motion What's actually going on here.. No shift leader in sight... After waiting for about 20 mins all together on hold to place an order I was already there and had to wait in line to make my order and then wait even longer to have it prepared. It doesn't take you 30 mins to make one large sub, even if you do have other orders infront of mine. And then to get back to work with barely enough time to eat and have my food wrong and so soggy from the meat not being drained properly this whole meal was a waste of money, time and a whole headache between dealing with the phones, the messed up food, and being hungry. Won't be back here for sure.
