Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jacksonville

No smiles, no napkins, no service. Only one other person in line but still managed a long wait. Generally a bad customer service experience. Unfriendly staff and a disgusting store. Bathrooms were covered in urine and look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. Door covered in fingerprints. no napkins! grime underneath the soda fountain. Burrito toppings were all separated and on one side of the burrito (meat and rice on one end and all pico on the other. I've not been to Chipotle in a while and will like to not come back for a while.

Ordered online food was ready. I dont understand why bowls are never the same. Its hit and miss. Literally a bowl full of rice, barely any steak and really wasn't flavorful. Too many options to deal with this.When you prepare a meal do it like it's yours. Not to hard to ask. Barely any lettuce, was there a shortage. Disappointed.This is the lettuce I got

Horrible manager, I asked for the address because my son was driving to meet me at the restaurant, with her nasty attitude she said google it. I cancelled my order. I will go to a better place with better customer service. Her name of the call manager Jada. Sad to be treated disrespectful by a teenager. I will never coming back and I will be reporting this to corporate.

I ordered a kids meal build your own and was told I get 3 free sides then I was charged for each side. The woman preparing my order then changed her statement to say you can only get the three items in the kids box and no sides. I checked online and the online server allowed me to add all of the items I had ordered without an additional charge then I was told I?m being charged and additional $4.84 because I am in the store and they can do what ever they want in store. The prep person and the woman on the register was very rude.

Truly the worst dining experience of my life. The bar is low for Chipotle workers, but whoever hired and trained this staff needs to be fired along with them. Rude and slow doesn't begin to describe how unprofessional the takeout staff is. Additionally, food inspection should be alerted because the conditions looked horrific. I will happily drive an additional 10 minutes each way just to avoid ever having to set foot in this establishment again. One star is too generous.
