Cold Stone Creamery - Jacksonville

Me and my friends always see cold stone as a go to. Last night, we went to cold stone and had an unpleasant experience. Laci made 2 of our ice creams and was very rude the entire experience. yelling hey! hello! can i help you?! with so much attitudeto which she looked us up and down and rolled her eyes. Later, her hair was in one of the ice creams and rolled her eyes andtried to just take the hair off and give the icecream back. she would not remake it and we asked Davon to make it and he wasabsolutely phenomenal. Davon was caring and took his time with us and our order. He remade the icecream and had a sincere smilethe entire time. The only reason there 's one star is for Davon.

Manger was rude to what seemed like a new employee I wasn’t impressed. The store manager also wiped my ice cream cup with a towel. Which is disgusting to me people lick their ice cream cups when the ice cream drips down that may be nasty as well but it’s a reflex.

The worker there was very disrespectful. One of the worst cold stone location, I have been to. But the ice creams are ok.
