Firehouse Subs St. Johns Town Center

The subs here are consistently fantastic. This location is conveniently on my route home from work and close to a major shipping hub. I recommend avoiding rush hour, but aside from that, the shop is tidy and easy to access. The new pepperoni meatball sub is outstanding!

They offer delicious subs at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely come back the next time I want to order sandwiches.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the attitudes of the staff left much to be desired. Their responses to our questions were rather curt, and when I asked for a takeout box, one of the employees tossed it onto the counter and quickly turned away to speak with a coworker. A simple smile would have made a big difference, but we didn't get that. Additionally, the men's restroom was in terrible condition, which can be seen in the photos. We usually enjoy visiting this Firehouse, but if this is the new standard, we may have to look for another option.

Arlander who took my order definitely doesn’t lack any personality! Very friendly and funny, greeted everyone when they walked in with a smile.
