Mocha Rita's Deli - Jacksonville

Every time I go in they've got a new dish and every time it's fantastic. One of the best places in Jax for a quick, delicious bite.

A beautiful deli and coffee shop hidden in the midst of a lot of commercial space, great healthy option.

Sweet little restaurant with nice people and great food! Some people complain about waiting times, but that? re going to get when you run to a small cafe from a few people to eat lunch eil. Personally, I always found the waiting to be worth it. Many homemade comfort type of food and a clean and picturesque atmosphere.

I wish I could give negative zero stars. They'll tell you 45 minutes. For an order. I give them an hour (on my lunch break), go to my order, which is ordered via the phone in over an hour it is JUST beginning to make my order! They have no protein (tuna, chicken, eggs, ham....etc). My colleagues and I split money. The lady ripped off my head because I paid in cash, the pandemic WE DON 'T USE CASH!!! She betrayed me when I told her I only had money to quit. Not God! You did it!

The food is pleasant here, but the time it takes to get your food is too long. 35-40 min for a sandwich seems exaggerated and every time I order something I usually have to wait 15-20 min longer when I arrive to pick up and there is not someone in the restaurant. I completely understand that everything is to be ordered, but a salad should not be mounted for more than 20 minutes.
