Compared to Blackstone in Fresno, this Arkansas restaurant is a true gem. While Blackstone was rated zero, this place is a five-star establishment. Parking is always easy to find.

It's difficult to find good service these days. Today, Patricia went the extra mile to keep the drive-thru line moving smoothly. She did it all with a smile on her face. It's really nice to see a fast food worker who is cheerful and enthusiastic. Thank you, Patricia!

The food was cold and my burrito was burnt. Sonic has really gone downhill. When we called to report the issue, the woman who answered didn't believe us. That kind of treatment makes me not want to eat here anymore. Customers should be treated better.

Overall this location stays clean and is quick with service, the app makes a huge difference on accuracy of ordering and can make the trip extremely quick if ordered ahead of arrival. But the food is so so, this location does not always have the fresh taste from other locations.
