Avaliação da contribuiçãoThere's not much to not like for fried chicken and fries : The dining room seems less used recently, so no big wait though I've seen the drive through get quite backed up. I don't love the polystyrene boxes, particularly for dine in but I get it, hopefully they'll switch to something more recycle friendly in the future. The coke machine has plenty of variety, though seemed to be low on gas and ice when we visited. There are shelves for pick up orders including driver services, added since we last dined in.
Food was good like usual. The lobby was closed and there were no signs saying it was. So we already had the kids out of their cars seats and walked in the lobby. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to know.
So we ordered ahead using the app. When we got to the store our order was ready. Had just been made so it was nice and hot and fresh. The food was very tasty. Ordering through the app was very easy to do and as always the prices are always fair. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Walked in to order and no one was upfront. 2 kitchen staffs saw me then proceeded to ignore me?? No greetings or acknowledgement. I waited a bit then asked if I can order out loud, and the 2 same guys in the back looked at me then laughed and went back to talking to each other. Is there something funny? Idk. They werent making anything either, didnt get someone to help me, just standing there smirking and talking while I stood there not knowing if i can order or not. If they ask me to wait i would, but nope. A “someone will be right with you” takes 1 sec to say and doesnt cost anything and they werent busy. After 10-15 min, a nice lady took my order. If u come here, just do drive through. It’s prob faster than dining in and u wont be ignored
On May 25, my son and I visited this Zaxbys for lunch. When I ordered, I asked the cashier if we could get the 20 wings half were half 10) tossed in Buffalo Garlic and half 10) tossed in Sweet Spicy. He checked with the manager and then told us it could be done but there would be a .25 cent upcharge. I didn't understand why but being in a hurry I said sure and ordered it $26.36 total with tax). When it came, they were all tossed in Sweet Spicy, and I was given a cup of regular) buffalo dipping sauce. I asked to speak to the manager, and kindly explained that I had paid some kind of upcharge to get half the wings in the Garlic Buffalo sauce and the other half of wings in the Sweet Spicy, but they all had Sweet Spicy and I was given a cup of regular buffalo sauce. The manager was adamant that it just couldn't be done, and that if I still wanted the 10 Buffalo Garlic wings I would have to order and pay for them. Being in a hurry, I just ordered the additional 10 wings another $13.39) so we could get going. It should be noted that although it wasn't busy at this time, it appeared every customer there had delays and/or errors in their orders. Later I completed their online survey and reported what happened and assumed someone would contact me to remedy this, but it's been a month and no one has.
