Absolutely delicious j chicken fried rice. It never disappoints!!

I ordered food through Uber eats and the food tasted spoiled so I called the restaurant to inform them. I was very courteous when I informed them and was immediately told that if they replaced the food that would be like giving it for free… so I told the woman I’m not asking for free food I’m asking you to replace what I paid for which is fresh food she said call Uber eats and tell them in an extremely rude and unprofessional tone then hung up. I then called back to get her name for this review, then a man answered the phone , claimed his name is Ricky and rudely says to me I don’t know who answered the phone I just came here then I said thank you Ricky and we hung up. Then a woman who claims she is the manager called me back to ask me why I am calling to ask the name of her staff, she was unconcerned about the real issue of selling spoiled food and addressing such professionally but she is more interested in why I am asking the name of the staff. This establishment employs unprofessional people with zero business etiquette and sell disgusting food.

The restaurant has the same owner, but the cook seems to have changed. I ordered a house special last night and was disappointed. The dish had baby shrimp and flavorless, dried chicken. The food tasted off, like it had been frozen and reheated. It was not the tasty tropical food I used to know when the previous cook was in the kitchen. I hope the owner brings back the old cook.

They save their money order from another place. I hire chicken fried rice through eats and the rice had no taste at all, the chicken was dry, also their so-called beef fried rice was the worst I ever had, the bark was very hard and dry, rice had no taste. and not to mention her eating is overpriced. never again!
