The whole thing was dark and shut down?We didn’t stop because it was super sketchy looking. No cars at the pump, no lights on. Maybe a power outage? Who knows. We lost our appetite. Jk we are going to DQ. Thank you.Giving a four for the food, because thats what Wendy’s usually serves.
They didn't have any lids for their baconator fries so they couldn't sell them?
There is usually no waiting. The biggest problem I deal with, is that there seems to be a language barrier from time to time. And from time to time the order will be incorrect. I do not like tomatoes on my sandwich by preference. But there are people that are extremely allergic to them. This is something that should be more of a concern in the training process instead of how many napkins are in the bag. There was a girl working the lobby in the past that was amazing. She spoke very clear English, was polite, and fast. Once she took your order, she would put gloves on and help get the order done. And she checked it for accuracy. Really miss that ?Parking: Being a truck stop with the Wendy's in it, parking can be a challenge at times.
Worst service. My first and only fast food job was at a Wendy's and we had a time mandate per customer etc so my opinion may be unnecessarily harsh. You often have to wait to make your order at the speaker, even with no queue of cars. It's slow and the food is never fresh.
