Arby's - Jefferson City

They gave me the wrong food, and when I called to let them know, they wouldn't go to the phone. I ordered the French dip and I even got the Augu sauce, but I got Greek cyro

The food was correct and good atmosphere through the drive-thru you can't really tell service sucks I don't know if it's due to understanding but I know one little lady tries to run that drive through by yourself I noticed she couldn't process my debit card she kept saying the car was no good I had to use backup payment and use my card directly after going through this drive-thru she was very slow and not very pleasant

Haven’t visited for awhile because this location is a hit or miss, but very rarely a hit. This visit, I ordered what I usually do: a brisket sandwich with curly fries and sweet tea. They said they were out of curly fries AND sweet tea. This was disappointing but I still wanted the sandwich and I was not in the mood for anything else, so I order crinkly fries and a hi-C instead. I go to eat my sandwich, and there is no mayo and the cheese was definitely not Gouda cheese that is supposed to come on that sandwich, so it tasted very off. The fries were crispy, that’s why I gave 2 stars, but for spending nearly 8$ I didn’t get a single thing that I wanted and I’m honestly sick of this location not being able to handle such a simple order. Arby's should pay someone to quality check orders and maybe a new manager to do inventory at this location because I don't ever want to go here again due to the massive headache I get from this place every time I visit. It’s sad because I love Arby’s, I’ll just have to stop eating it until I can find another location.

Very rude and incompetent workers this evening.Ordered 2 classics 1 double combo small with sprite curly fry3 sliders beef with a small crinkle cut fry and a small chocolate shake.Received 2 classic 1 double combo with no drink3 sliders no fryWent in for crinkle fry was called out that i Ordered no such thing ,was shoved a fry and due walked away. And no receipt..Horrible customer service experience...!!!!!
