Pancheros Mexican Grill

I visited this restaurant with my mother about a month ago. The vegetables did not appear to be very fresh - they were mushy and overly salty, making it difficult to finish. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the food could use some improvement.

I prefer this place over Chipotle any day. The proteins are well-seasoned and not too spicy. The toppings are good, but I wish the queso didn't come with such a high additional charge.

I really enjoy watching them prepare the tortillas right in front of you. They are always fresh and healthy.

Food is tasty but portions is very little especially for the price Pancheros charge. The burrito bowl and quesadilla's portions were so meager that my partner and I ordered food from somewhere else after eating the food we received from Pancheros (in Jeff. City).

They even stopped eating lunch to take our order when we told them to take thier time.
