Avaliação da contribuiçãoI really enjoy their chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately, this location charges $1 more than the others. To make matters worse, the service here is terrible. This used to be our go-to KFC when we were younger, but it has deteriorated over the past few years. My last visit was quite disappointing! Luckily for them, Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for about two years, often visiting during my lunch breaks (at least 3-4 times a week). Recently, I've noticed two young ladies, Mary and AJ, who have been providing outstanding customer service. They are consistently friendly and pleasant, and I’ve received much better service than I have in the past. My orders have always come out hot and fresh. Whatever improvements you made in the last few weeks are truly appreciated, as my overall experience has definitely improved.
I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant for my lunch breaks, visiting at least 3-4 times a week for the past two years. Recently, I have noticed two young ladies providing outstanding customer service; their names are Mary and AJ, if I'm not mistaken. They are consistently friendly and pleasant, and their service has significantly improved compared to my past experiences. My orders are always served hot and fresh. I’m not sure what changes they’ve implemented in the last few weeks, but I can confidently say that the overall experience has become much better.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if it weren't for the friendly staff. I had high expectations for the KFC chicken sandwich, thinking it would be one of the best since that's what they specialize in. While the sandwich could have been great, it was unfortunately very dry and lacked juiciness. This seems to be a common issue, as I ended up only eating half of it and discarding the rest because it was so dry. KFC really fell short in this regard; Chick-fil-A consistently delivers a perfect sandwich every time I've visited. I didn't even know "hühnersirky" was a thing.
The service can be hit or miss; at times, it's excellent, but other times, it's quite disappointing. I often request two legs instead of the thigh that comes with the leg and thigh meal, but I consistently receive small legs. I think I'll try a different KFC location next time. If I'm not satisfied, there are always Popeyes or Chick-fil-A to turn to.
