Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have noticed a decline in the service at this restaurant. Customers are now expected to bus their own tables, serve their own coffee, and pick up their food at the counter. Despite this, they still ask for tips. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Bread Ink, once a popular spot for brunch, has now become a disappointing cafeteria. While the food was enjoyable, the lack of customer service was a major drawback. The restaurant could greatly benefit from more interaction with guests. The counter service includes a 20% tip, which would be reasonable if the staff didn't require customers to get up to retrieve their food, drinks, and answer questions. If I had known this beforehand, I would have brought my own apron and tipped myself.
