Pescadores - Joenkoeping

Pescadores is a top-notch seafood restaurant located in a charming Victorian area of the city. The cozy interior combines the historic brick of the building with modern touches. The food is excellent, especially the mixed seafood tapas, with the smoked prawns stealing the show. While the rest of the dishes relied more on the freshness and quality of the seafood rather than elaborate cooking techniques, I was satisfied overall. The cold smoked salmon with asparagus and the apple pie (which was much tastier than its name suggests) were both delicious, with plenty of cinnamon and a perfectly caramelized finish. Prices can be on the higher side depending on your choices, but it's still a fantastic discovery.

The food here is fantastic and the staff are extremely welcoming. It's just a quick walk from the Quality Match hotel. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.
