Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe delivery service at this restaurant is very poor. Despite being only 13 minutes away, they refused to deliver to my location. Initially, they reassured me that they could deliver, but later called back to say they couldn't find my address. It was clear that they simply did not want to make the delivery. The staff seem to pass off responsibilities to one another, and the supervisor lacks courtesy. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. As for the food, I cannot comment as I never received my order.
The dining room has recently reopened since the pandemic and staffing shortages. Despite the presence of pizza boxes in a section of the restaurant, our waitress kindly informed us that it would be tidied up before reopening today. The food quality was excellent, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
I have ordered from this restaurant a few times in the past, but recently, even placing an order has become a frustrating experience. The customer service is subpar and it's clear that the staff lacks motivation. The fries were served cold and the pizza was overcooked. Additionally, we were consistently questioned about paying in cash, which was odd. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
Wow. I was expecting a superb pizza and a delicious caesar salad. The salad is literally bathed in a tasteless vinaigrette! I like a lot of salad dressing but this I couldn't eat... money really wasted! When I called to order, I was hung up without being able to ask for the total amount of my order or the delivery time. Bad service and bad food... what a disappointment!
Really disgusting and very expensive if at least it was good. Pizza bland sauce, poutine with aftertaste of vinegar. 20 years ago it was the best pizza in the region but now... It's over for us, never again Bravo pizzeria.
