I SO wanted to love this conveniently located, with easy parking to boot, local coffee shop. Alas, that didn’t happen. The flavored latte lacked flavor and the pumpkin scone was a brick. Both got tossed. On the upside, the barista was friendly. The shop was clean. The bagged to buy coffee was exceptional. Based on reviews, my hunch is my experience was a one off. Still…a pricey one for me.

My favorite coffee shop in Joplin though there are quite a few good ones. The atmosphere of this coffee shop is clean and artistically modern. I've gone here to work, do homework, catch up with friends, and get a much needed caffeine boost. The quality of drinks is superb even if there might not be as much variety. Talking with staff is always a pleasure. I would certainly recommend Bearded Lady!

Good coffee. (not the best thing I had in the opposite, but with careful roasted) beautiful, comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. the room would benefit from an improved lighting and some comfortable corners and cocks to crank and read / work, etc. like the movement in the coffee world, but space can limit this intelligibly. we enjoyed the humorous local art.

Blueberry or Lemon-Scoone and they can't go wrong. we had mostly tees, but absolutely everything was amazing! super fun place to sit and enjoy a part of the day.
