Excellent restaurant. It is a kitchen that showcases local products, and each dish shows not only the chef's talent but also his generosity. A huge blow of heart!
The chef is a cook who likes to be a trade. It juggles with quality products and often brings unknown flavors with wild herbs. Nice culinary research. The presentation of the dishes from the entrance to the dessert puts us in appetite. Bravo to the whole team.
Jumieges has two jewels. Its sublime Roman abbey founded in 654, and its fantastic Hostel of ruins. Each dish is a pleasure. The kitchen is perfect. The products are of high quality. The service is friendly, efficient and warm. It was an unforgettable lunch. Mille bravos to Chief Christophe Mauduit who deserves to continue to succeed.
