Bullwinkle's Pizza Parlor - Juneau

I've tried pizza all over, and this place is, without a doubt, the best—both downtown and in the valley. The atmosphere is fantastic, and there's plenty of local charm to enjoy!

The amount spent per person doesn't include feeding quarters into the machines (and we went thru about $40 in quarters games are $1 a pop so plan for that if you're bringing kiddos! The pizza and soda were great and it didn't take long to get our order. We'll be back!

**Pros:** Bullwinkle's is one of the best restaurants in Juneau for families with children and is also a great spot for hosting large birthday parties of up to 20 guests. Their Taco Pizza is truly unique, making it hard to find a comparable dish anywhere else. Instead of the usual pizza sauce, they use refried beans, which enhances the taco flavor beautifully. **Cons:** Having lived in Juneau since 1979, Bullwinkle's has been my go-to place for pizza until recently, when I discovered Island Pub. A couple of years ago, Bullwinkle’s changed their crust and pizza sauce to a more budget-friendly option, which unfortunately has negatively affected the quality of their pizza and overall business. **Bottom Line:** This restaurant is the most child-friendly place in town. Bring your kids and treat yourselves to the Taco Pizza—you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent pizza for Juneau! I have to say that Byfar has the best pizza I've had in Juneau. Coming from California, I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut, but this is as close as it gets. They have everything you want in a stuffed crust pizza, loaded with cheese. I find myself craving it and eating there every other week!

I really enjoyed the pizza. How expensive. I'll come back. P.S. I love thin crust and this pizza was so good.
