Bistro Casanova - Kahului

An exceptional Restaurant. We come here whenever we can and the food is just exceptional. I love the UpCountry Salad with Fish and my husband loves their Black Linguini with Seafood. Their Pasta is always fresh as is all their food. They have Aloha and their Service and Food is always really Excellent. We never go anywhere else for Lunch because it's the best. Seating is available inside and outside so on nice days, we sometimes go outside.

Always a better day when I eat at the bistro. We love the food service and the ambience. This restaurant has the best Italian food. We like to get the home made pasta. There are so many different types. It's all freshly made and what a difference it makes. I like to get the upcountry salad with a piece of fish on it. We don't eat anywhere else in Kahului area. This place is so good. We saw a recent bad review for Bistro. I don't know how anybody could do that to this restaurant. We always have a good experience. The food disappeared before we could photograph it. Will have to post some pictures next time. :

We had the grilled mahi mahi special and the ravioli. It's been our best meal so far in 5 days in Hawaii. Not only was the food great, Giovanni, the owner, went above and beyond to help us out with a Tilley hat we left behind at the restaurant. He personally went to the post office and mailed it to Oahu where we're staying! Amazing! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
