I thought I reviewed this place but maybe the reviews expire after a few years... anyway this place is consistently a good choice with such a wide selection of local faves. I like that they feature some cheap eats every day for the budget minded only $5! The chow fun is loaded with meat and vegetables, but a little salty. They 're doing so well they have multiple locations and a real place at the Pukalani Terrace Center. Look for the big yellow truck in the lot across from Costco Gas and you can 't go wrong.

Don't understand the hype. Ordered two hamburger steaks and someone other plat lunches. Hamburger was overcooked and they forgot to put gravy on one of the hamburger steak plates. The Mac salad had too much mayo (overkill). So disappointed. Now I know why my son didn't want to order anything from there. . Not going back.

I dream of their loco moco regularly. A must have whenever we return to Maui. Can you please open a location in Orange County, CA please?!

We love the breaded teriyaki beef. Had it 3 years ago on a trip to Maui and it tasted exactly the same today! Super quick service and came out hot! Large serving sizes there were 2 of us that split

The $5 Mochiko chicken was satisfactory, but I think it could benefit from some sauce or seasoning. The portion size for $5 was good! I had high hopes for the hurricane brussel sprouts, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. They were overly soggy and oily, loaded with mayo. Overall, I don't think they were worth it.
