9_7_2023 Christmas shopping time (Coffee beans/ground, soaps, candle, delicious cookies, candy, bags, stickers).The coffee tour is free and you can taste all their coffees for free. The atmosphere was perfect within the cloud forest, sun in morning and rain the the afternoon. The coffee tour was very educational and well worth the 15 minutes. The cat princess is a new family member and so beautiful.

Excellent free tour with a sample that details the process of farming/harvesting coffee beans to coffee production. There's a nature walk available for $10 per group where you can see a lava tube and the various plants and animals in the cloud forest. Visit the shop to buy coffee and tea products and support a local small business.

The tour is free. If you want to walk down through the rainforest and see coffee trees (and lots of other plants) it’s only $10 for your party. There’s a gift store and free coffee to sample.We enjoyed the tour very much and enjoyed the coffee samples as well. Kona coffee really is something special. All of the staff were friendly, there were places to sit both up by the shop and down at the end of the rainforest trail. The self guided trail has a few lava tubes, various fruit trees and other plants, and clouds… yes, there are clouds that come in partway through the day we were fortunate to have accidentally timed it right and got to watch the clouds come in. It started heavily raining about one minute after we got back to our car.

Easy to find, super friendly team for the tour and gift shop.Hot thermos of 4 types of brewed coffee out front for tasting! Creamer and sugar available.We met Princess the Cat (fluffy, older tabby) immediately!Then we went to the gift shop where there was NO PRESSURE to buy anything. We bought Mochi Celeste cat stickers. There might be a discount available with a larger purchase email subscription.Gift shop crew shared a printout of places to visit and eat! We definitely referred to the food list during our 6 day trip.Such a lovely way to start our Big Island adventure!
