Old Burdicks Bar and Grill - Kalamazoo

Honestly was the best experience i’ve had in a restaurant in a while, i took my girlfriend out to celebrate her and not only did she love the food but the customer service was amazing! we will be going back for another date!

My wife and I enjoyed celebrating her birthday. Food was very good and service was excellent. We will be back again and we look forward to your remodeling project being completed.

Normally I’m not one to complain. However, our experience last night wasn’t a good one. No drink refills, cold appetizer, over salted food and a huge table of 15/20 screaming and I mean screaming kids. Several tables were very annoyed that management didn’t asked them to bring it down. It took over 20 minutes for us to even flag our waitress down to get our check. I also messaged the restaurant last night from the open table app with zero response.
