I called the establishment and let them know I was around the block and wanted to make sure they were still open because I’ve gone multiple times and it seems they like to close before their listed ours. I let him know I was around the block and going to complete my order online and was going to order through the app. It was fifteen minutes until close. I get there and the tall man with glasses tells me he’s sorry but he couldn’t take my order because the platform I ordered from (which was listed as their preferred platform) was not a vendor of theirs anymore. If he could see my order why didn’t he make it and then charge me when I got there? No, I arrived and the shop was spic span clean and closed up. Pretty sure he just didn’t want to make it anymore. When I asked what do I do he responded “I don’t know. Call customer service?” I was so pissed. Rude and a business that doesn’t stay on top of their stuff. It sucks because from the few times I’ve tried, I really loved their drinks. Lost customer.
Super busting. Boba was super fresh and hot even though the place looks like it hasn’t seen a customer in forever. The foam was sooo good and milk tea tasted
Update your hours online. This place never ever opens on time. When they do the staff is rude and entitled. Dont go here
The place is pretty and kind of aesthetic vibe, It very clean and cozy place. The staff here is so kind and friendly. The Boba tea here tastes so delicious. I highly recommend this café.
The actual “fluff” is an extra $2, and that’s not mentioned when you order. The lady’s attitude was bland and I don’t see the value in paying $9 for a 12 oz drink.
